The News Just Keeps Getting Better!

September 4, 2009

We talked yesterday about the American Airlines sale on flights to the Caribbean Islands… a few days ago, we mentioned AirTran’s expansion of service to Montego Bay, Jamaica, Aruba and the Bahamas…

Now, JetBlue is expanding its offerings to the Caribbean Islands generally and Jamaica specifically.

The Jamaica Observer reports…

JetBlue Airways, which already has a foothold in the region with up to 71 daily flights to Caribbean destinations, and AirTran Airways both made requests on Tuesday to begin new services in Jamaica.

This increased service is good for fellow Amphibians. More flights means more convenience and flexibility in time and origin of travel, but more carriers competing for those times and locations means lower prices for your next vacation.

Couple that with some great deals like the Labor Day and Wonder-Fall sales from Beaches and Sandals, and it is getting more and more affordable to find your self with your feet in the sand with a drink in you hand… in true Caribbean Amphibian fashion!
